Then come and join our global team as Regional Sales Manager (f/m/d) Asset Lifecycle Development to act as a strategic and operational point of contact for our Business Managers in the Zones and further develop our business by taking an active role in one of our breakthrough targets (e.g., clinical performance companion). Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours. This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week. Your tasks and responsibilities: You will enrich our team as Regional Sales Manager (f/m/d) to communicate and manage the Installed Base Development strategy and priorities in the assigned zones You are responsible for the achievement of financial targets (e.g., for the Refurbished Business as well as Option & Upgrades Business targets) in the assigned zones Moreover, you will analyze the installed base and conduct strategy workshops to drive our business in the zones You will merge and drive processes (e.g., target setting, funnel reviews, forecast) by acting as an interface with the zones You will furthermore utilize our unique Asset Planning Session Approach to identify areas and means to extend the life of the installed systems, align the assets and organizational strategy and plan the investments accordingly together with our customers. Thus, you understand customer needs and are excited to drive customer engagement You will work in close collaboration with all Installed Base Development departments and represent Installed Base towards the zones You will develop sales-related events (e.g., local sales meetings, exhibitions) You will take an active role in one of our breakthrough targets (e.g., clinical performance companion) to further develop our business To find out more about the specific business, have a look at Medical Imaging. Your qualifications and experience: You have successfully completed a university degree in a commercial or engineering field You are excited to share your expertise from your many years of experience in a healthcare-sales role, ideally in the areas of account management, sales management, or business development If you have very sound, long-term professional experience and further qualifications in this field, but no university degree, then we are also looking forward to receiving your application Moreover, you are highly familiar with the usage of CRM-related tools You have ideally a good knowledge of clinical processes and workflows and are up-to-date around trends in healthcare Your attributes and skills: We win together: You are a team player with a high level of interpersonal and intercultural skills, which you have ideally gained by living and working abroad. This as well as your business fluent English skills, help you to interact with (inter-) national colleagues in the assigned zones.
