Lead regional sales team and work with dealers to achieve sales targets and maintain the contribution margin of high, mid and low end products of Dewav in the specific region.
Lead the team to source, evaluate and qualify dealers in the desired region, establish healthy dealer channels in compliance with Dewav’s policies, and develop dealers into the business partners.
Manage and control the operation of dealers in terms of pricing, product selection, sales revenue recognition, inventory control etc, to ensure long term and healthy development.
Identify and develop new business opportunities whilst expanding sales and adding values to existing client base.
Promote Dewav values within and outside the company, and make sure Dewav’s compliance policies are well observed.
Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
Ensure timely and accurate sales reporting, including sales figures, analyses, and action plans aimed at sustaining or improving performance
Prepare the budget for Sales operation, spend money wisely and control the base cost as appropriate.
Improve the team capabilities and individual performance with effective coaching and top-down support when needed.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, majored in communications, electronics or related subjects.
At least 3 years marketing / sales experience in communications / consumer electronics industry.
Be familiar with the mobile phone industry will be a plus.
Strong strategic business perspective and systems thinking capability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage complexity.
Strong desire for continuous winning and development.
Be able to work under pressure, and resourceful to reach the solutions.
Be good at engaging the direct reports to win as a team.
