Job Description

YOUR ROLE

Based in Shanghai, you will be responsible for creating and delivering sales training programs in conjunction with our global sales organization and centre of excellence. You will implement these programs to our sales force in the Greater China region, as well as support the roll out of specific development paths.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify training and development needs of the sales team through appraisals and regular consultation with business managers
  • Support the development of induction programs and e-learning platforms
  • Produce training materials for in-house courses
  • Monitor the budget and ROI of development programs
  • Support line managers in resolving training programs and follow up on individual learning plans
  • Ensure all sales staff in the region are trained according to the highest standards

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

Ideally, you should have minimum 3 years of logistics sales experience, and some exposure to hands-on training delivery. You are savvy with digital presentation skills and possess extraordinary abilities to network at all levels of an organisation. To ensure effective and seamless communication between corporate headquarters and our colleagues, it is essential that you are fluent in spoken Mandarin and English.
