职责描述
- Take P&L responsibility for business generated, which includes the formulation of realistic annual budgets and goals, control and administration of approved budgets and appropriate and actions, which results in maximized long terms sales and profits.
- Formulates, communicate, gain Support for and implement effective sales strategies which will maximize the sales and profits of the company products.
- Provide feedback to product BIJ team about new product BU team about new product development needs for China market. Commit the potential sales number and deliver the result.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecast.
理想的求职者
- Business Administration, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Marketing or its equivalent.
- More than 3 years' experience in a management and leadership role.
- More than 7 years' experience in selling industrial goods.
- Fluent written and Oral English communication capability is a must.
