Eaton's Vehicle Group is looking for a: Regional Senior Sales Manager - Aftermarket Location: Turin HQ or any Eaton location in EMEA Do you want to work for a global player, where we care about ethics, inclusion and diversity and our people? You will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy for aftermarket in the region. The individual will drive profitable business growth, work with cross functional teams to expand product portfolio and to improve distributors network and customers in the different countries, defining best strategies on commercialization and pricing, to penetrate the market. Main responsabilities: -Lead aftermarket sales team as primary customer interface team to insure a high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness to customer needs. -Leads the development of the regional customer strategy for both the annual profit and five-year strategic plans -Provides input into the description, qualification, and recommendations of growth opportunities for new product and systems. -Gathers competitive information that project product / platform trends / directions -Evaluates and communicates customer performance reports to the Strategic Growth Director. -Deploys the Customer Relationship Review (CRR) process and assists in developing action plans to improve customer satisfaction performance. -Assists with the resolution of all open DSO issues at responsible customer base. -Support all Eaton Business System tasks assigned to the Sales and Marketing function (including ProLaunch, EBEA, TS, etc.) -Builds customer-supplier relationships through daily interface with customer, operations, and engineering. -Contributes to the development of pricing and commercial terms and conditions -Has the responsibility and authority to insure that customer requirements are addressed and communicated to the customer including inquiries, contracts or order handling, including amendments. -Gains understanding of customer needs / wants and competitive landscape and purposes customer specific strategies -Acts as a point of contact for commercial warranty issues, quality issues, and customer complaints. -Complies with the requirements of the Quality & Environmental management systems -Originates, develops, and facilitates training at customer locations (if applicable) Qualifications Requirements: BS in Engineering, Business or other approved field. MBA or equivalent Masters Program preferred 10 years of experience in Leadership Roles in Aftermarket, Sales, Quality, Product Engineering, Program Management or operations. At least 3-5 years in Aftermarket (atomotive) field Extensive experience in marketing, sales, new business development, and new product development Strong background in goal deployment, strategic planning and building organizational capability through communicating a vision that both engages and motivates the organization.
