Our client is a world-renowned FMCG leader focused in non-food products. They are now expanding their business and will be hiring a regional Senior Sales Manager to their Asia team! You will be a leader in this entrepreneurial and dynamic team. This is an exciting role for a strong FMCG leader with regional distributor management experience!

Description

The Regional Senior Sales Manager will be working with a small team to manage multiple markets in Asia. You will partner closely with existing partners in the region to identify opportunities and to grow distribution for each market. It is key that you are developing long term relationships with partners, clients and key accounts. Additionally, you will have the responsibility to open to markets, creating route-to-market plans and identifying new partners. This is an entrepreneurial role and you will strategize and set development plans for each market and will ensure that company objectives are being met. You will report into the General Manager for Asia.

Profile

The Successful Candidate must have at least 10 years of experience within a large FMCG corporation, with strong distributor management experience. Previous regional experience is required. You must have a proven sales track record of business growth. The successful candidate must be entrepreneurial, determined, strategic and have strong business acumen. You must have a great business mindset and the ability to develop long-term partnerships with clients and partners. As this is a regional role, there will be high levels of travel (when travelling is permitted). Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is mandatory.
