• Responsibility for the regional cleaner tech group set up in BASF Shanghai Innovation Campus to meet the short to middle term strategic demand in APAC；
• Support the regional tech cluster head & global cleaner tech lead for constant improvement of lab group and equipment to meet the long-term technology strategic demand.

• Key contact for respective regional stakeholders (e.g., Segments, Sales, Production)；
• Gather, collect and distribute/share regional technology requirements and needs；
• Support the Global Tech Lead to compile and maintain R&D budget from projects；
• Support the Global tech Lead in global harmonization / standardization of processes and products；
• Ensure regular communication with regional & local TCS；
• Implementation and compliance with BASF/Chemetall Environmental, Health and Safety policies.

• Support the Global Tech Lead to develop the technology roadmap and project portfolio；
• Support projects / topics with regional and local D & C resources；
• Support project leads in project tracking & reporting according to R&D controlling guidelines & KPIs；
• Member of Project Steering Group for projects / topics.

• Master degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Polymer Engineering, PhD is preferred；
• Advanced knowledge in the theory and practice of cleaning technologies (degreaser, pickling, surfanctant and ect)；
• Leadership skills with excellent communication and team-working spirits；
• At least 3 years of working experience in the R&D of process cleaning or industrial cleaning technologies and more than 8 years working experience in technology related functions of cleaning or surface treatment industy；
• Experience in global companies with intercultural working skills；
• Fluent English (reading, writing and presenting).
