Job Description

Position Purpose - Develop FLSM's ability to expand their Representatives’ competencies in influencing customers’ prescribing behaviors to deliver AZ sales target through field training & facilitating the coaching process by RBM's

The person will perform the following roles:

• On the job skill upliftment & in-field training of FLSMs i.e. Coaching & Business in coordination with Training head & local RBMs
  • 80% JFW in typical Month
  • Regular participation /facilitation in Monthly business review meeting
• Identify gaps in capabilities of customer groups (new Vs. Existing FLSMs and help develop plans to close those gaps.
  • Build feedback & Assessment mechanism to track progress around identified areas.
• Review MR’s in-field core promotional message delivery and selling skills reflected in FLSM Field Coaching Forms and during field activities with MRs & FLSMs.
• Regular coordination with MSL & FLSMs for developing “high on science” and “high on skill” team
• Conduct weekly-Fortnightly JITTs (Just in time training) for TAs/Regions
• Support FLSMs & Rep curriculum at central & zonal locations
• Enabling the translation of the BU strategy at the regional level by RBM

Measurement Criteria

• 16-18 days of JFW with FLSMs/ month.
• Coaching Form Submission Efficacy
• TCFA Score for Region
• Span of Performance: ABMs/RBMs
• Unlock /CDK Score

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor degree in any field, preferably science
• Minimum 3 years of successful track record in line management
• Coaching Ability / Perceived as role model in Coaching
• Ability to drive initiatives, interpersonal and people management skills, analytical skills, computer proficiency

Work Location: Mumbai and Chennai
