Job Responsibility:
Conducts regular training program delivery, such as Company Orientation with Selling Skills, Customer Service, and Monthly New Product Training for all levels of Front-line Staff as well as Office Team in China.
Provides training support to meet the needs of expansion to new cities and new stores.
Conducts regular store visits and coaching in all covered cities.
Analyse staff performance to explore training needs and provides on-going feedback or coaching to the team.
Establishes annul & monthly training plan in the region.
Manages regional training record and the database.
Assists to update and revise the training materials including the operational training manual on necessary basis.
Prepares new training tools for staff to enhance learning effectiveness.
Coordinates the Mystery Shop Program and identifies area for service improvement.
Regularly communicates and coordinates with Training Manager for training program update and reports.
Cooperates with other regional trainers to develop training courses.
Job Requirements:
College Degree and above;
At least 3 years' experiences in training with F&B & retail industries background is preferred.
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Matures, independent, self-motivated and good team player.
Excellent presentation and communication skills;
Proficient in Power-point, Word and Excel.
