We are looking for

Regional VM Manager (North China)

to support our Team.

What you’ll do:

• Business Development
  • Work in conjunction with Merchandise Management & Country VM Manager on formulating executional plans for monthly Update & Refresh execution in the region
  • Strategically asses VM activities & recommend alternatives/solutions with internal stakeholders in effort to improve ROI
  • Ensure & uphold brand integrity
  • Analyse merchant reports & make recommendations based on data
  • In conjunction with Country VM Manager, production materials are provided for the responsible region, meet pre-set budget levels & are warehoused/recycled appropriately
  • In conjunction with Country VM Manager manage & maintain regional VM budget
  
  

• Visual Merchandising
  • Drive & lead Update, Refresh & Window execution in the region
  • Work alongside with Area VM Manager & Operations to ensure timely & effective execution of store set-ups
  • Keep abreast of market trends to ensure competitiveness
  • In conjunction with Country VM Manager initiate better merchandising techniques, ensuring both newness & maintenance of visual standards
  • Communication
  • Ensure weekly communication with Area VM Manager on visual directives, issues & challenges
  • Conduct weekly store visits to ensure VM compliance, consistency & excellence in execution
  • Champion new initiatives/business changes. Ensure smooth & effective communication & engagement across the VM team & relevant stakeholders in the region
  • Provide Country VM Manager with monthly work-schedule & weekly photos of window & in store set ups
  
  

• People, Training & Development
  • Create, lead & uphold ´ESPRIT´ culture
  • Coach & motivate VMs & in-store teams on all aspects of visual merchandising, including merchandise analysis
  • In conjunction with Country VM Manager facilitate visual training workshops
  • In conjunction with AM & SM conduct appraisals with all visual employees & detailed commercial, personal development objectives
  • Execute individual assignments at the supervisor´s discretion which are according to their character with the main scope of the job or the need of the organisation
