Regional marketing manager

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager for the Biorefining commercial APAC. As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will play a very important role in developing AP biorefining business together with Industry Group Management team. You will be responsible for regional product management, pricing, budgeting and resource allocation with good market understanding and communication skill. You must ensure the strong connection between global marketing team and local Business team. Also, you drive growth initiative and innovation together with IGM in the region and handling daily business operation challenges as your part of responsibilities.

The detailed tasks and responsibilities include,
  • Industry sales growth strategy
    • Understand the China E10 market development
    • Develop and update the regional growth strategy for Biorefining commercial
    • Build relationship with the industry associations, and responsible for the communication and tactics related to the marketing elements.
    • Interact with key partners, co-developing partnership structure and leverage the partnership in the negotiation
  • Strategic marketing
    • Drive the competitive market analysis, including regional market share analysis.
    • Identify, prioritize and execute the new growth opportunities in the existing markets based on market, customer and competitor analysis (scouting for, developing and qualifying ideas/new leads)
    • Work with global marketing and be responsible for new product launches in the regional market
  • Business operation
    • Regional anchor of pricing and product management (work closely with global marketing)
    • Provide strategic support (i.e. product, pricing and etc.) to key contract negotiation
  • Business development
    • Support and drive 2G related activities from the BD point of view



In this position, you need to have:
  • Commercial background (B.S. and above) with 10+ years of experience
  • Extensive commercial background and technical knowledge in the field of biofuel/distilling
  • Strong ownership and capability to influence external KDMs and internal decisions
  • Excellent networking skills to build external relationship/partnership with channel partners and selected customers
  • Ability to navigate between the strategic and operational level
  • Great executor who provides executional excellence to the daily business operation
