Client's information:
We are working with one of the top tier local architectural company in Hong Kong, with strong project portfolio of local alteration & addition and maintenance works in Hong Kong. 

Due to upcoming projects, they are actively looking for qualified building surveyor to join them.

What you do?

• Work with and monitor contractors' works,
• Handle alteration & addition and maintenance projects.
• Liaise with different parties such as client/ contractor.
• Supervise junior teammate.

What you need?

• University Degree in Building Surveying or related studies
• Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) is a MUST
• Min. 5 years of experience especially in A&A/Maintenance projects.
• Familiar with building regulation and and other statutory legislation
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese/ English and Chinese
• Immediate availability preferred
