2、 Job responsibilities
Coordinate the technical management of the entire process of overseas construction projects, revise construction plans, and ensure compliance;
Resident to solve construction technical problems, coordinate multiple parties to ensure quality, progress, and safety;
Review drawings and align with local regulations, handle design changes;
Bilingual communication promotes cross team collaboration, optimizes technical costs and resources.
3、 Qualifications for the position
Bachelor degree or above, major in civil engineering/architecture, have local registered residence registration in the United Arab Emirates, and have the qualification certificate of local registered civil engineer in the United Arab Emirates;
Having certain experience in construction technology management, experience in Chinese funded projects is preferred;
Proficient in construction technology, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with priority given to understanding Chinese;
Adapt to the work environment, withstand pressure, and have strong cross-cultural adaptability.
