Responsibilities

Major duties 1)Site safety 2)Safety Paperwork 3)Attend Meeting

• Conduct site safety visit and participate site meeting
• Develop safety management system, safety policy, safety plan and procedure
• Conduct risk assessment and method statement for site activities
• Handle all matters related to safety aspects and enforce the Company’s safety policies on construction site
• Ensure the site operations are in compliance with local health & safety and environmental regulations
• Enhance safety awareness on site throughout safety training
• Investigate accidents and come up with safety improvement actions
• Manage process improvement for safety and labour relation in project management and construction
• Any other duties assigned by Project Manager

Requirements

• Registered Safety Officer with Labour Department
• Degree holder in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent
• Minimum 10 year's experience in construction field
• Experience with Airport Authority and/ MTR projects is a MUST
• Details oriented with strong safety awareness and problems solving skill
• Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Chinese
