Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise, co-ordinate and supervise in-house and occasionally out-reaching recreational and diversional activities programmes for our Centre and community cancer patients and families
• Plan, co-ordinate, implement and evaluate volunteer services for recreational & diversional activities and other services conducted for HKACS
• To be the Secretary for Volunteer Services Committee (VSC) and carry out tasks designated / directed by VSC
• Provide psychosocial support through recreational & diversional activities
• Assist in financial assessment and carry out Project Wish for cancer patients under HKACS charity programmes
• Ensure services delivered are in line with annual proposals (with KPIs) submitted to the Community Chest of Hong Kong
• Complete periodical reports for submission to the Community Chest of Hong Kong
• Keep record of services delivered both quantitatively & qualitatively
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor & the CEO

Requirements:

• A qualified RSW with caring personality
• Previous work experience desirable but fresh graduate would also be considered
• Experience in cancer care or cancer related programmes is preferable
• Good communication skills including spoken and written Chinese and English

Successful candidates will be offered a renewable contract term appointment with up to 10% of total basic salary as contract-end gratuity upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance.
