1. Primary Purpose:

• Register new products in China, provide regulatory support for China business, and establish a broad, profitable and differentiated crop solution portfolio.

2. Scope/Dimensions:

• Establish the company in China as a leading crop protection solution provider.

3. Key Result Areas:

• Prepare full data package for registration application according to China regulation for both over sea products and China local manufacture site.
• Sample management for test/trial/study.
• Provide relevant support for local sales, marketing & technical team and customers, etc.
• Regulation interpretation and update to HQ and cooperate with HQ for specific projects.
• Manage expense within budget.
  

4. Preferred Requirements:

• Formal Education: Science or Agricultural Science degree.
• Qualifications: Master or bachelor degree in plant protection, pesticide, chemistry, etc.
• Work Experience: More than 3 years Crop Protection industry experience in Regulatory Affairs fields.

5. Skills/ Knowledge/ Abilities:

• Good relationship with authority
• Learning and problem solving skills
• Fluent English communication skills (Writing and speaking)
