Design, Develop and Deploy the new Test and Release Management (TRM) Framework, developed using off-the-shelf or custom built suite of Tech tools. Work with suppliers and source a team of Test and Release specialists, who possess the right talent and skills to accomplish the vision and direction set by the program team. Design and Implement the TRM process aligning with Intel's SAFE and DevOps charter and ITIL standards. Planning release windows and cycles across portfolios. Managing Risk and resolving challenges that impact release scope, quality and schedules. Communicating release plans, dependencies and changes. Enterprise Test Data Management, Release Calendar Planning and optimization, TRM Platform Management. Extensive stakeholder management with Program team, IT segments, Enterprise Platforms, ARTs, APTs , higher Management, Suppliers, CWS.

Qualifications

Deep domain knowledge and experience in Agile Release Management practices. Should possess vision to shape up enterprise wide Test and Release Management and Release Planning Strategy within Intel IT. Good knowledge CI/CD, DevOps, SAFE, ITIL, Risk and Governance methodologies. Experience of designing, communication and reporting related tools like Rev-Trac, Service Now, JIRA and JIRA Align, PowerBI, Yammer, eGRC etc
