To perform software release management across AIA's workstation environment and manage request management for team delivery.

• Planning release windows and cycles across portfolios, components
• Managing relationships working on interrelated processes
• Communicating crucial release plans and changes 
• Measuring and monitoring progress to achieve timely software releases within defined limits and defined quality standards 
• Communicating necessary release details to business teams
• Managing, planning, and negotiating release activities
• Initiating and overseeing progressive release processes
• Coordinating release content and efforts based on OS updates and third-party apps
• Producing deployment, implementation and run books plans
• Conducting release readiness and milestone reviews
• Maintaining release schedules for monthly, quarterly, and according to the requirement.
• Working with release engineers to comprehend code merges and branch ramifications 
• Leading and coordinating checklist and deployment plan execution 
• Developing automation tools and scripts necessary for building, integrating, and deploying software releases 
• Researching new software development and the best methods and techniques for managing configurations regarding a business’s existing needs
• To define the scoping methodology for the BAU and projects.
• To take the stakeholders confirmation and acceptance on the agreed scope for any project or requirements executions
• To measure the deliverable of the team within the scope defined To perform the budget management for any nonstandard requirement

Job Requirements

• Bsc.Computer Science or an equivalent degree
• Project management experience
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CD/CI) pipelines
• Experience in working with DevOps and Agile methodologies
• Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
• Expertise in SQL query and data analytic
• Experince in project scopping and budgeting.
• Stakeholders management skills.
• Knowledge of traditional agile methodologies, including Scrum, Waterfall, or Kanban.
• Good understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating system.
