Primary duties and responsibilities

- Draft up of configuration and release standards and ensure that these standards are adhered to within all business practices - Implementation and configuration of automated testing tools, V-model, testing strategy, configuration management

Education

- Academic education or equivalent - Courses in PRINCE2, DSDM or ITIL highly desirable

Professional designation

- Management of the implementation and release effort of new systems - Management of interface and data quality maintenance

Languages

- Mandarin / Chinese - English

Personal characteristics

- Team player - Leadership attitude and ability to motivate people - Ability to solve problems under high pressure and with poor specifications

Experience

- 5+ years of experience in financial services industry, in particular banking - 3+ years in a back office environment
