The job summary includes: Assists and Drives creating, analyzing and documenting high impact business solutions for Eaton Electrical Sector BI requirements. Effectively bridging the gap of Business need into Analytical Solution, drive business process optimization\ and tools that can be used by Eaton users across the Eaton Enterprise, to support business insights and process effectiveness. This exciting role offers opportunity to: Proficient in Reliability Engineering methods like goal setting, allocation, prediction, demonstration (Life Data Analysis, Growth Plots, Highly Accelerated Life Test & Accelerated Life Test). Have some knowledge of Failure Modes, Failure Mechanisms applicable to electrical and electronic assemblies. Skilled in the areas of reliability statistics, FTA, FMEA, 8D, developing & analyzing component failure rates. Lab daily management, equipment maintenance, etc. Proficient in FRACAS, and reducing field/warranty data into relevant life and failure rate. Proficient in using Reliability SW such as Weibull ++, Reliasoft, ALTA etc. Hands on experience in reliability fixture design and development. Good Working knowledge of test equipment, such as, Photometric (integrating sphere, gonio-photometry), Electrical ( Power analyzers, Data acquisition systems), humidity chambers and methodologies. Working knowledge of LED lighting systems and associated components such as White LEDs, PC Boards, Drivers, Enclosures, Optics, Sealants, gaskets and other electrical and mechanical hardware. Highly motivated, self-starter, driven with excellent planning, organizational. Qualifications Requirement: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering 6+ years of experience in Product Reliability Reliability related in products of lighting, testing, equipment management Project management, office, data analysis, Sharp analytical abilitie, etc. Yes!
