Job Description

(Job Scope: Both Xinyu and Chengdu sites)

1. Establish and manage site Mechanical Integrity program. Work closely with the production and engineering project team to make sure the newly built or upgraded facilities operated in a reliable and cost control manner;

2. Lead the SAP usage aligned with corporate global process.

3. Implement and manage maintenance continuous improvement activities and projects. Lead the all site reliability process implementation, design the maintenance process for key facilities including employee training, MOC, preventable maintenance plan and timetable and etc. Monitor the local implementation.

4. Work closely with the global MTS team for improving the site mechanical integrity status, and deliver trouble shooting support for the maintenance team.

5. Join the key equipment selection, trouble or operations data analysis, and deliver technical support to the related projects.

6. Support to other maintenance projects as required.

7. Any other assignments from the immediate supervisor.
