Job Profile
 Responsibility for product reliability design and test.
 Analyse the reliability test data and assist solving the bug during test.
 Test result tracking and test data management.
 Evaluate test cost, polling, resource, NRE
 Optimize the test process

#### Position Requirements:


Required
 Knowledge of Intel/AMD x86 processor-based server architecture and
principle.
 Practical experience with reliability or mechanical design and test.
 Proficient in at least one reliability test spec such as
GB9813/2423/5080，IEC- 60068 ，MIL-STD-810, ISA and so on.
 Fast learner and be able to work independently as well as in a team
environment with good written and verbal communication skills – (Work with US
Team)
 Ability to interact with senior technical engineering staff and to concisely
explain the results of server performance validation results

Typical Education & Experience
 +5 years reliability design and test experience (Server)
 BS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, mechanical, reliability
engineering, or Computer Science
