Relief Housekeeping Supervisor 

You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

  What you will be doing:
• Clean all assigned guestrooms to standard
• complete and issue Room Attendant task sheets and room assignments
• Liaise effectively with other departments within the hotel in order to exceed guests' expectations
• Prepare Maintenance orders and work sheets; ensure Maintenance issues are completed in a timely manner
• Assist with performing quality checks on rooms
• Maintain the room status to endure it is up to date and accurate.  Assist in prioritising rooms to be cleaned
• Assist with monthly inventory and ensure supplies are adequately stocked, complete requisitions and Purchase Orders as required on a daily and or monthly basis
• Assist with the recruitment, training and development of the Housekeeping team
• Ensure that the room and all its contents are clean and in perfect working order
• Assist with the completion of departmental accruals and payroll
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest and team members
• Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service
  
  Your experience and skills include:
• Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
• Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
