Relief Night Manager (Part Time)

An exciting role for developing your hosipitality career in the #1 hotel in the city.  You will be managing a bustling night life in the Pacific Rim lobby - supporting key departments while completing our night audit processes two nights per week.

What you will be doing:

• Manage overnight operations for the Front Office
• Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving any problems and concerns with exceptional services and ensuring guest safety is our number one priority
• Reconcile revenue balances, process guest ledgers and balance accounts receivable, balance and audit postings and settlements.
• Prepare management reports
• Ensure all system updates for the front office is completed
• Lead, support and supervise all overnight operational department.

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous front office or accounting experience in a luxury hospitality environment
• Understanding of Forbes 5 Star 
• Excellent Microsoft Window application and PMS experience is required
• Highly organized, ability to be flexible and proven skills working in a fast-paced environment with constant standing and walking throughout the shift

• Visa Requirements:  Must be legally able to work in Canada.  The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
