Task Description
1.Remarketing System Enhancement and Maintenance
- Proactively identify system enhancement opportunities to support business strategy
- Propose most suitable system solutions to meet business requirements considering costs and benefits
- Lead team co-work with IT to implement system enhancement, including gap analysis, requirement clarification, testing and release.
- Manage the overall production issue fix status and monitor fix quality
2.Remarketing Project Management
- Initiate Remarketing system related projects and lead team to complete the project.
- Drive remarketing system related projects with business strategy and targets.
- Manage the timeline, resource and business communication of Remarketing projects.
- Ensure preject’s delivery and verify the quality at each milestones.
- Monitor whether project’s benefits are achieved after project go-live.
3.Remarketing System Enhancement Team Management
- Support team members to continuously build up competence by coaching and mentoring on daily basis.
- Share training and experience with junior team members.
- Build up remarketing system enhancement team working instructions and working standard.
- Support team members on their individual development plan
4.Others
- Conduct other tasks as required by supervisor to support achievement of the company or department’s business objectives.
- Support new comer training.
- Contribute to GPTW environment
