As a remote technical support engineer, you will be expected to develop a solid understanding of Agilent's portfolio, and continuously learning about new instruments, software and consumables, is key. Applying your creativity, complex problem-solving skills, and can-do attitude is essential. Compliance and reporting are also important responsibilities, such as documenting and ordering components using a variety of databases. Having a natural instinct to deliver the highest-levels of customer service is vital.

Responsibilities:

Act as the contact point for customers calling call center for technical service request.

Provide post sales online technical services (such as repair, installation and operation) and applications assistance in response to customer requests on their laboratory instruments and software.

Interface with customers to answer their enquiries on Agilent products and services via different communication channels like telephone call, email, web etc.

Establish and maintain effective lines of communication with workload administrator, field service engineer, management and cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
