International Sales Manager The International Sales Manager for Intrusion Systems is responsible for the sales activity outside of the UK for the Eaton Scantronic product range. The holder will manage the commercial relationship with our Key OEM and International Wholesale customers and be the point of contact for our Intercompany Product Managers located across Europe. Essential Functions: Strategically develop the International account portfolio and achieve the business plan. Deliver structured presentations based on value propositions. Forecast sales through close customer engagement and supporting SIOP process to ensure stock availability. Represent the customer’s needs internally whilst advocating Eaton to the customer. Create and manage a structured prospecting plan. Maintain all customer contacts within the CRM system. Manage ten plus large clients Business Development Manage rebates and incentives Qualifications Experience Required Five years plus sales management experience Ideally, we are looking for a German Speaker this is not essential Italian or French speaking candidates are also welcome Knowledge of account management. Knowledge pf Security and Fire Sales or in OEM/Wholesale Channel Management. Clear & transparent communicator with emotional resilience. Ability to problem solve and find solutions. Positive can-do approach. Clear communication skills, orally and written. Some knowledge of technical specifications Experience of managing large clients Ideally the successful candidate will have experience with a matrix environment Comfortable working to Key performance indicators What Eaton offers?
