工作职责：

培养地区经理 (DSM) 的工作能力，管理辖区内的所有资源（人力与物质资源），实现业务目标（包括销售、销售增长、市场份额，利润和SFE目标）；在辖区内为阿斯利康公司开拓长期业务，建设合理的人才梯队，并为公司发展和保留优秀人才。

要求：

- Academic / Professional qualification     学 历 / 专 业 资 格

  大学及以上学历

- Technical / skills training    技 术 / 技 能 训 练

  组织、人员培养与发展能力

  分析、决策、计划及执行能力

  综合知识（行业、政策、商务等）

- Working experience

至少具有 5年以上医药及相关行业经验，以及 3 年管理层工作经验

- Desirable    理 想

  在大型MNC中国公司的销售管理经历

- Language ability    语 言 能 力

  熟练的英语书面及口头能力优先

- Computer literacy    电 脑 知 识

  熟练运用OFFICE软件
