任职资格：

• 建筑设计、室内设计、环艺、美术或相关专业毕业，有较强的审美能力

• 精通使用3DMax，V-ray和PHOTOSHOP，熟练使用,AutoCAD，SKETCH-UP，OFFICE 等相关设计软件

• 能独立完成大中型建筑效果图从建模到后期整个过程，具备良好的材质灯光处理及后期能力，画面效果优异

• 有一定的设计能力和较强的手绘能力，能够根据所提供的手绘草图完成效果图绘制

• 高度责任感及团队精神, 具备基础的英语阅读及口语能力

• 从事相关工作2年以上

Job description:

• Accomplish rendering drawings for outdoor.

• Communicate and coordinate with the relevant team according to the job needs.
  

Job qualification:

• Major in architecture, environment art or related.

• Expert of 3DMAX, V-ray and PHOTOSHOP, familiar with AutoCAD，SKETCH-UP，OFFICE and relevant design software.

• Independently accomplish outdoor rendering drawings for medium-to-large buildings, good skill of process material and lighting, excellent effect of picture.

• Ability in design and drawing by hands, can accomplish rendering according to the draft sketches.

• Strong responsibility and team spirit, basic communication in English

• More than 2 years relevant work experience
