Job Description
This position can be based in any major branch location. Position Overview In this role, you will assist the Renewal Coordinator with all renewal functions ensuring that all service agreements are renewed on-time by interacting with the external and internal customers in a professional manner. A minimum of 500 service agreements can be assigned to this position. It is essential that there is effective communication with customers in a timely manner utilizing the telephone, e-mails, and letters. You will also conduct customer site visits as required. In addition, you will also be responsible for reviewing the financial performance and scope of the service agreement with the service operations team prior to submitting the proposal to the customer, and for reviewing the pricing and scope with the customer prior to submitting the booking. You will meet with the Service Operations and Sales Managers on a monthly basis and provide updates on the status of the service agreement renewals. This position coordinates all activity between customer and field branches and works with branch Renewal Coordinators, Sales Engineers, Finance and Service Operations personnel: Work in Turbo and SiSale to rebook service agreement Work in SAP and run monthly reports Generate and update 30/60/90/120 report Responsibilities This position is responsible for meeting or exceeding the Business Unit gross margin targets on the bookings he/she generates. For those service agreements assigned to others, this position will assist the Renewal Coordinator with tracking and following up on the status of service agreement renewals and maintenance plans, to ensure they are completed on a timely basis. Works closely with the purchasing department and requests updated quotes for subcontractor work prior to submitting proposals and issues purchase orders once service agreements are in place. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience The following knowledge/skills, education, and experiences are required to be considered for this position. High school diploma, state-recognized GED, or state recognized high school proficiency exam required Technical proficiency (SAP) Industry/business acumen (Office Admin business) Work experience (1-2 years) Knowledge, skills, or expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point Amount of travel with the position - 5% Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
