Job Description

As a Renewal Specialist you are responsible for ensuring renewal of a portfolio of contracts in an assigned territory based on long term partnerships with our customers. This includes contract/subscription renewals for maintenance, on-premise, SaaS and cloud solutions. It's your role, here's the part you can play: • You will work with sales, marketing and PLM to develop renewal strategies that proactively engage the customer and minimize churn • You will prepare renewal letters, quotes, invoices, and notifications • In addition, you will contact customers directly to close renewal and reinstate deals • You will present our value proposition and escalate issues with Account Managers or Customer Service • You will maintain customer data in Salesforce • You will meet targeted goals for our renewals business and create accurate forecasts • You follow best practices for all internal processes, including opportunity management, data quality and accuracy, CRM hygiene, quotations and forecasting • You support the implementation and operation of digital sales processes and tools Be part of our team, here's what's needed: • You have at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, IT) with a strong commercial background. • In addition, several years of relevant professional experience in quota-bearing (renewal) inside sales or in the B2B SaaS industry is a must. • You have very good commercial knowledge, especially in the areas of quotation preparation, calculation, contract law (e.g. general terms and conditions and license agreements). • You also have advanced user skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), SAP and Salesforce.com • You actively engage in conversations with international clients at all levels and have excellent English communication skills, further languages such as Korean, Japanese or Chinese are a plus. • You are data-driven, have strong analytical skills and a structured way of working • You can work to strict deadlines and know how to prioritize assigned tasks In return, we offer a rewarding team environment, a commitment to your ongoing learning and development, and an attractive salary package.
