This is an Intel Contract Employee (ICE) position and the location is Arizona and relocation assistance will be provided.

As a Repeatable Assets Database and Digitalization Manager- OSM (Off-site Manufacturing) your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and establish a Corporate-level central OSM Database / Library to serve OSM Project development, planning and execution.
  • Work with all stakeholders and collecting existing OSM products and practices into centralized data depository.
  • Create an OSM product catalogue including engineering, design/drawings, 3D model, datasheets, specifications.
  • Build up an OSM / skid supply-chain database including OSM fabrication shops, module yards and suppliers in all regions.
  • Categorize all OSMs and correlate with best practices, execution and lessons learned.
  • Develop and document all OSM playbook, governance, and work processes and procedures.
  • Standardize OSM data into repeatable assets for future utilization.
  • Provide OSM RFI/Bidding packages to support Procurement for repeatability and higher efficiency.
  • Enable the OSM library for real-time project tracking and management for all related OSM suppliers, fabricators, contractors, or subcontractors and promote information / data sharing, distribution and communication.
  • Support OSM Project Execution including real-time monitoring OSM fabrication, assembly, transportation, and installation progress and health check.
  • Assist managing design-build General Contractor and Subcontractors (OSM related), OSM Suppliers or module fabrication yards including onboarding, alignment, project review, and change management.
  • Advocate innovative OSM and Construction technologies including Machine-Learning, AI, and Automation.
  • Leverage the applicable best practice from industry and conduct collect OSM workshops with OSM Enabling Board.
  • Provide and update overall OSM KPIs regularly for management review.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Project Director and Global OSM Manager.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must have at least one of the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Engineering or related fields with 10+ years of experience in large-scale data creation/digitalization/utilization and management
  • 15+ years of database/library establishment and management in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advance Degree in Science or Engineering preferred
  • The perspective candidate should have over 15 years of industrial experience in technology development and management; extensive working experience in database construction and maintenance, software design and development, and digital transformation
  • Experience providing algorithms and solutions through independent thinking and research
  • Expertise to specialize in quantitative and categorical data analysis, statistic, and AI/ML applications
  • Experience in modern computer languages and standardized industrial software applications
  • Experience in documentation and good communication skills both within the technical team and with the upper management
  • OSM or Modularization experience
