About the Role

As an insight-focused and value-driven individual, the candidate will:
- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to drive program growth using data to solve a range of problems including, but not limited to the following:
- Evaluating programme design
- Understanding portfolio trends
- Influencing marketing strategy
- Supporting partnership development
- Be the go-to person for business units on data visualisation & insight matters
- Actively drive ongoing improvement to existing data & process, including evaluation & incorporation of new data sources from second & third parties
- End-to-end creation of next generation dashboards and tools to better address business needs & promote self-serve
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors / Masters Degree in relevant field (Business, Maths, Stats, Computer Science, Programming)
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience with transforming large datasets into actionable business insights
- Demonstrated experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Qlik / Tableau / Google Data Studio) to develop reports and dashboards
- Proficiency with SQL is required. Experience with other data manipulation language or technology such as Alteryx is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to technical and business stakeholders at various levels
- Ability to balance attention to detail with prioritising work in order to meet deadlines
- Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team
- High energy, can-do attitude and ability to deliver high quality output to fast paced deadlines
