• Good understanding of Data Warehouse design & development, experience in managing the implementation of new product / system data flow to DWH

• Provide timely and accurate regulatory reports. As the business owner to work with stakeholders to understand the regulatory requirements, and work with vendors to implement.

• Good understanding of data governance and data quality control methodology

• Good at interpreting and translating business problems into actionable analytical plans.

• Use statistical tools/models to identify drivers of growth, losses and profitability of consumer business, which support business decision.

Job Requirements:

• Master degrees in major of Finance / Computer Sciences /Statistics /Econometrics/ Mathematics

• At least 3 years working experience on data& analytics or data warehouse in financial industry

• Experience in regulatory reporting is a plus

• Good command of SQL, SAS, especially in SAS Macro, SAS EG, SAS Statistics

• Experience in Database/BI, good command of Python, Hive

• Good team player, self-motivated and proactive at work. Able to work under pressure

• Excellent communication skill in both English and Chinese
