Job Description
This position reports to the Reporting and Analytics Process Team Lead and the purpose of this position is to research, analyze, and support reporting of all Human Resources related data. As a member of the reporting team this role is responsible for managing incoming reporting requests and ensuring accurate and timely service delivery of HR Reporting and Analytics to create a positive customer experience. Team members will develop, build and streamline standard and ad-hoc report requests including managing scheduled reports and coaching requesters on self-service. The position will be a Subject Matter Expert in our HCM and other Reporting systems. This position supports the broader HR in reporting as well as non-HR business initiatives requiring HR data. The position provides expertise and is a point of contact cross functionally.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Reporting and Analytics programs, policies and processes
- Define, build and test new report requests through various HR systems
- Identify and recommend methods to update, simplify and enhance processes, procedures and technologies.
- Support the Payroll team with reports from the Payroll System
- Provide staff with technical support and guidance on core ASC Reporting and Analytics HR processes (respond to and resolve increasingly complex issues).
- Act in a consultative and project management role to functional teams to define and implement program delivery. Identify process and systems implications of, and solutions to, new or modified programs and policies.
- Primary interface to HR and Non-HR functional departments to appropriately escalate inquiries/concerns.
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure services are effectively delivered.
- Assist with training, developing and mentoring of Reporting and Analytics staff, including undertaking performance reviews.
- Launch case management with ownership from intake to transition, escalation, or closure
- Ensure on the job training to members of other ASC teams occurs when appropriate.
- Monitor and conduct periodic reviews of CIC performance metrics and cases with CoEs and Americas ASC Leadership to show ongoing trends as well as Coordinating with other regions to create global ASC metrics to show Global trends.
- Gather and analyze appropriate metrics, data and reports around compliance, performance, and data analytics (peer-level) to help initiate improvements.
- Provide input into appropriate metrics and reports around compliance, performance, and data analytics.
- Monitor case management and timely closure of tickets with to ensure quality customer service.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a professional HR/Business Administration qualification or Diploma with equivalent working experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience and subject matter expertise in Reporting and Analytics
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (demonstrated experience) required.
- Proficient in Reporting and Analytics end to end HR processes
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to use that information to represent the service center to the CoE using influence and persuasion to ensure process considerations are accounted for in new or modified programs and policies
- Expert proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday experience is strongly desirable
- SAP experience is strongly desirable
- Ability to speak/write in multiple languages preferred

- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work effectively in an environment with competing demands
