Job Description
Job Purpose: Assist in implementation and regular maintenance of the “Wynn Stories” and “Gratitude & Appreciation” cultural programs at Wynn Palace and Wynn Macau

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the promotion of both the Wynn Stories and Gratitude & Appreciation programs internally
  • Help in the design and development of roadshows that will encourage participation in both programs
  • Coordinate support from different team members for the roll out of roadshows
  • Collect Gratitude cards and display them using creativity in the Gratitude & Appreciation Zones
  • Take responsibility for the registration of Gratitude card details, and SMS communication to recipients
  • Actively participate in design, development and roll out of the Wynn Stories program at Wynn Palace
  • Co-ordinate interview and photo shoots for Wynn Stories publication
  • Keep relevant records of both programs and ensure they are accurate and updated and generate report for analysis
  • Provide administrative support for the Wynn Stories and Gratitude & Appreciation teams of both properties
  • Track acceptance for training courses acceptance and attendance by individual
  • Assist in the roll out of any training required for both programs
  • Prepare presentation materials
  • Answering enquiries, maintaining and updating records relevant to both programs
  • Assist in conducting research on potential speakers/ topics
  • Organization of attendance lists of activities
  • Assist in the ad-hoc projects as assigned

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year of secretarial/clerical experience in Human Resources is preferred
Education: Tertiary studies or above
Language Abilities: Fluent English and Cantonese (Mandarin an advantage)
Computer Skills: Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (Chinese and English)
