岗位职责：1、负责产品需求调研、需求研讨、需求分析、软件原型设计、交互设计等工作

2、负责建立公司需求管理制度和流程，督促并保证需求管理制度和流程的准确执行；

3、负责产品需求调研，获取用户（内部）需求，编织调研报告，进行需求分析，形成一系列规范文档；

4、开发、测试阶段对相关人员进行需求沟通、变更管理、版本管理，编写需求管理报告；

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上软件需求分析项目经验；

2、熟悉需求调研方法、有较强的业务流程及业务模型分析设计能力；

3、精通Axure、Visio、Project等相关工具，熟练使用office办公软件；

4、有较强的文档编写能力，熟悉CMMI3规范着优先；

5、拥有出色的快速学习和沟通能力，逻辑清晰，工作态度积极主动；

6、清楚互联网产品的研发流程和设计方法，可以独立完成需求相关工作内容；

7、对用户体验方面的理论有一定了解和认识，并能有效运用于产品中；

8、有已上线的B/S和移动应用经验者优先；

Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for product demand research, demand research, demand analysis, software prototype design, interaction design, etc

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer related major, 3 years of software requirement analysis project experience;

2. Familiar with demand research methods, strong business processes and business model analysis and design capabilities;

3. Proficient in Axure, Visio, Project and other related tools; proficient in office software;

4. Strong ability of document writing, familiar with CMMI3 specification is preferred;

5. Have excellent quick learning and communication skills, clear logic and active attitude;

6. Clear the r&d process and design method of Internet products, and can complete the relevant work contents independently;

7. Have a certain understanding and understanding of the user experience theory, and can be effectively used in products;

8. The online B/S and mobile application experience are preferred;
