The Digital People Solutions (DPS) Test Center bundles expertise in the areas of testing and requirements engineering into a single unit. In addition to establishing and applying standardized procedures in testing and requirements engineering, efficient and effective procedures are also created around test automation and performance testing. Thus, the DPS Test Center provides a holistic approach to quality assurance in various projects and regular operation topics for national and international applications. Our customer base consists of various internal departments such as People and Organisation, Global Business Services, Controlling & Finance, and IT. Within your role as Requirements Engineer (f/m/d), your main responsibility is to revise and expand the requirements engineering setup in our organization and create guideline/best practice as well as a methodology. The focus of your work is the setup of processes, practices, and tools for efficient & effective Requirements Engineering and creation of a guideline Furthermore, you take over the identification, definition, and evaluation of IT requirements with a focus on optimal value creation and customer orientation in several projects By this, you act as mediator between functional and technical stakeholders to identify, translate and document requirements into agreed, understandable user stories, using requirements engineering methods In this context, you support in building a team of requirements engineers (Internal/External) with appropriate skills You assume overall responsibility for the budget and measures of the DPS Test Center In addition, you will coordinate a team of 4 employees, including the coordination of external partners. As a team lead support, you are the contact person for our customers and internal units and drive the further development of our focus topics: Testing, Test automation, Performance Testing and especially Requirements Engineering You will promote/market our focus topics internal and external (Non DPS) and create new opportunities for our solutions What you need to make real what matters. Successfully completed (technical) university studies, preferably in the field of business informatics, computer science and industrial engineering, or equivalent professional experience You have many years (5+) of professional experience in the field of testing and requirements engineering Engineering and respective methods (e. g. Design Thinking) You have deep knowledge in Requirements Engineering principles and best practices Solid technical foundation in new technologies and architecture Demonstrated ability to collaborate and contribute to a cross functional product development team. You are experienced in customer communication and find creative and effective solutions Agile principles and mindset are important to you; you already lived Scrum You are creative and have technical judgment as well as strong communication skills, enjoy working in teams and are motivated and enthusiastic about your job Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken We assume a minor level of willingness to travel domestically/EU.
