- Ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical capabilities - Communicating requirement changes to the design team and release team - Inserting all requirements in the requirements system and monitor on the progress - Requirements may pertain to the software, hardware, infrastructure and data

• Academic education or equivalent

Professional designation

• Management of requirements for all internal it and systems development

Languages

- Mandarin / Chinese - English

Personal characteristics

- Team player - Ability to solve problems under high pressure and with poor specifications

Experience

- 2+ years of experience of release and/or configuration management role or team lead development role - 5+ years of experience in financial services industry, in particular banking
