Position Summary:
The appointee will report to the Head (Research Office) or his delegate. He/she will be responsible for:
- Providing general administrative support
- Filling, preparing reports (both Chinese and English)
- Updating website, event organization and liaison with internal and external collaborators
- Research Support
- Literature review and data processing
- Assisting in coaching student helpers
- Arranging duty rosters and workshops
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Research Office or his delegates
Requirements:
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in research or administration
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Smart, Responsible, Independence, multi-tasking and attention to details are essential
Applicants with less experiences and qualification (e.g. Associate Degree / Higher Diploma graduates / DSE graduates with 5 Level 2 including English & Chinese) may also be considered for the position of Clerk
Salary and Fringe Benefits:
Appointment will be made on fixed-term contract commencing as soon as possible. Remuneration is competitive and will be based on qualifications and relevant experience. The College offers group medical insurance, staff development support, annual leave and sick leave, and Mandatory Provident Fund to eligible appointee(s).
