The School of Business and Management is searching for a suitable person to fill the position of Research Assistant (Fintech Research Project). The appointee will work closely with faculty to conduct and support empirical research in Fintech areas, specifically in the use of AI/ML and multimodal content analysis.

Applicants should have a master's degree or above in finance or accounting with experience in data cleansing, data manipulation and analysis. Experience in working with financial accounting data in the US and databases such as Compustat and CRSP is highly preferred. The appointee should be proficient in SAS. Strong quantitative skills, and good technical background and interpersonal skills are required. He/She should be both team-oriented and able to work independently. (Duration: 1 year, renewable)
