Job Responsibilities:
Full-time Research Assistant position in the department of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). It is a full-time position in Shanghai. The main responsibility is to work with Assistant Professor Michelle Zheng of CEIBS on her research and teaching programs. Job tasks mainly include but not limited to the following:

• Assist in research, including data management (e.g., collecting and analyzing), literature review, and coordination of research projects, etc.
• Assist in teaching, including course development and design, material preparation, MBA and EMBA class coordination and other logistic coordination.

Job Requirements:
1. Recent Ph.D. or doctoral student with research experience in business, management, psychology, or statistics. Or master graduate planning to pursue a PhD in organizational behavior or psychology overseas.
2. Good at quantitative research methods, including designing surveys and experiments, data collection, and data analysis such as structural equation modeling, multiple regression analysis, and multilevel analysis. With experiences in using quantitative analysis software such as SPSS, STATA, SAS, Mplus, and/or R.
3. Excellent English and Chinese reading, speaking, and writing ability.
4. Able to commit for at least 2 years.
