Job Description

Monthly Salary Range:        HK$19,815 – HK$25,135

 

Duties: The appointee will assist in conducting institutional research and related research projects. He/She will also assist with data analysis and reporting, longitudinal studies, survey design, the writing of research reports, and related work as assigned.

 

Requirements: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences/Education/Chinese related discipline with at least two years’ teaching experience or experience in qualitative and quantitative research. Knowledge of childhood education is preferred, and knowledge in website design and editing will be an advantage. They should be highly analytical, attentive to details and have good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. They should also be outgoing, diligent, and must be a good team player with good planning, organizational and interpersonal skills.

 

Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract. Medical and dental benefits, annual leave and the use of sports and library facilities will be provided where applicable. The School also provides staff development opportunities.
