The appointee will assist the professor with research projects on the psychology of human behavior in workplace settings, covering topics such as leadership, work motivation and business ethics. She/he will be required to assist in various research tasks, including literature review, data collection, data cleaning and merging, data/statistical analysis, and writing up of study results.

Applicants with a bachelor's degree is required.They should be proficient in English and Excel, and have a basic understanding of using statistical software (SPSS or R). Experience using the Qualtrics survey system is a plus. (Duration: 6 months)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including medical benefits and paid leave will be provided where applicable.
