The Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering is searching for a suitable person to fill the position of Research Assistant (Software Development Engineering). The appointee will be responsible to develop a smart phone APP that has a uni-pay function on HKUST campus.  The APP should have multi functions that interfaces smart food kiosks with phone in conjunction with students’ class schedule, food choices, etc.

Applicants should have a master’s degree, with proficiency in code writing, software development, smart phone interface and app development. (Duration: 6 months, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Medical benefits and paid leave will be provided where applicable.
