Job Description
This is paid internship position suited to a young and energetic person who can embrace the startup spirit and welcome challenges. Ideal candidates will possess self-discipline, be able to work under pressure and cross boundaries. The right candidate will assist the current management team in various aspects of the business.

Responsibilities
· Assist in providing research and analysis
· Assist with advertising and marketing promotional activities
· Assist in copywriting and drafting documents
· Make calls to overseas businesses (restaurants) for fact-checking (no cold-calling)
· Maintain and update database information
· Liaise and maintain relationships with overseas businesses
· Provide support to social media efforts
· Brainstorming and idea planning for marketing and content material
· Participate in staff meetings and take notes
· Attend relevant social and networking events

Requirements
· Fluent in English, at least intermediate in Chinese
· University degree or currently in university
· All majors and disciplines are welcome
· Available at least 3-4 days a week
· Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Mac operating system
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and verbal skills (including on the phone)
· Meticulous and thorough research skills
· Ability to conduct in a professional and business-like manner
· Strong responsibility, self-discipline, and self-motivation
· Strong critical thinking and ability to think outside of the box
· Strong organizational skills
· Must love dogs
Additional Desired Qualities

· Passion for and knowledge of the food & beverage industry
· Previously worked in restaurants overseas
· Ability to translate English to Chinese
· Proficiency in Photoshop or other Adobe software
· Proficiency in a European language (French, Spanish, Italian, German...etc.)
