• Lead and manage multiple projects. Deliver and present projects with high quality, actionable insights and suggestions for clients to incorporate with their own marketing strategies.
• Provided quality customer service & report to clients. Fast-response for clients’ ad-hoc requests and solve all kinds of client management problems. Build strong relationship with company's strategic working partner and key retainer clients, as well as other important clients with potential of further cooperation.
• Build and supervise the project team to provide sufficient instruction, training and good team management. Ensure effective collaboration and positive team spirit.
• Continually accumulate experience and knowledge of Internet media as well as assigned client industry/brand/product related information.
• Specialize in a specific industry's IWOM and online community culture research, and continuously reorganizes the research results of related domain.
