-   Promoting our industrial services (incl. business park, logistics, etc. ) and developing our business;

-   Expand research coverage to hot topics for real estate or near real estate to lead an innovation for research publications continuously;

-   Ensure the timeliness and quality of all research publications (monthly, quarterly, yearly and hot topic);

-   Promote the firm’s services and public image through working with media, meeting with clients and speaking at public events;

-   Co-operate with colleagues in Industrials

-    Services inside whole China to ensure that Colliers’ Industrial services are maximized;

-   To continuously develop skills and experience through appropriate study, reading and training, maintaining Colliers’ research at the leading edge of real estate research.

To be successful in this role you will have the following competencies:

• A Master’s degree is desired in economics, finance or real estate will be useful;
• 10 years’ or more experience in research in a property-related field is preferred;
• Experiences as a journalist on economics / finance is preferred;
• Ability to handle conversations with business leaders and executives, and will be able to facilitate great team work
• An eye for detail and an ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information – and translate this into strategic deliverables
• Strong analytical, report writing and presentation skills including superior competence in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
