Job Responsibilities:

This position is created in order to coordinate activities in promoting social responsibility amongst the CEIBS community. Job responsibilities mainly include but not limited to the following:

• Assist to contact and coordinate research activities with Chinese executives and international scholars.
• Supervise the work of junior research staff;
• Carry out administrative tasks associated with specified research funding;
• Conduct needed case research and other types of practitioner-oriented research;
• Work with case center and school colleagues in case-development related services and activities.
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by individual professor and Dean’s Office.

Job Requirements:

• PhD degree with research experience in strategy, international business, OB/ OT, entrepreneurship, accounting, psychology, or sociology
• 1-2yrs related working experience in education or training and 1-2 publications preferred.
• Excellent English and Chinese reading, speaking, and writing ability.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range of individuals and groups.

• Able to commit for at least 1 years
