At Siemens Technology, we are seeking a Summer Intern in the field of networking for smart distributed grid to investigate resilient communication across distributed micro-grid controllers emulated on single-board computers. Approaches to advance existing state-of-the-art platforms to create cross platform communication among distributed grid entities will be explored. This internship will focus on connecting micro-grid controllers and distributed energy resources by creating a cloud-edge hybrid energy service interface.
